Return Process

Before initiating a return, please cross-reference your microwave's model number with the part received to confirm if the discrepancy is due to a compatibility issue.
- 2.Request a Return Authorization
Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return shipping address for our parts warehouse.
- 3.Package Securely
Place the part in its original manufacturer packaging and then inside a sturdy shipping box with protective padding to prevent damage during transit.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technicians inspect the returned part to ensure it has not been installed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out the correct replacement part.
